We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Assist with data entry tasks, including inputting information into spreadsheets and databases.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders, and restocking as needed.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
