Medical Case Management Support

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our medical case management team at MANAGED REHABilitation Consultants, Inc.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and their families.

This is a full-time position that requires a completed bachelor's degree and three years+ of experience in office administration or related fields.

The salary for this position is $60,000 per year, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Three (3) years+ previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
  • Proficient in Office 365.
  • Dependable and consistent in-office attendance is an expectation.
  • Professional front desk appearance.
  • Mature office demeanor with exceptional office etiquette.
  • Ability to follow direction.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Must be team oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Careful attention to detail.
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills.
