We are currently seeking a full-time Catering Supervisor to oversee catering operations and ensure successful event execution.

Location:
Seattle, WA

Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a schedule from Monday to Friday. Hours may vary based on event requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate catering staff schedules to guarantee timely delivery, service, and cleanup of all functions.
2. Prepare and serve food at scheduled events under the guidance of the Catering Director.
3. Communicate with function leaders to discuss setup needs and address any last-minute changes or issues.
4. Engage with clients to resolve complaints and ensure a high level of service.
5. Provide staff with clear instructions regarding expectations for catered events.
6. Assist in setting up rooms according to specifications.
7. Assemble and deliver food and supplies to designated locations.
8. Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring proper presentation and portion control.
9. Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment and supplies used.
10. Follow approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality food preparation.

Qualifications:
- A valid driver's license may be required.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit as mandated by state law.
