We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at HDR. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and maintain a neat and orderly office environment.
- Assist with meeting setup, including conference room bookings and catering.
- Support vehicle fleet management, including maintenance, repairs, and licensing.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with building property management and vended services agreements.
- Communicate frequently with direct supervisor and office lead on processes and procedures.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, and spelling.
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Word and Outlook.
- Associate degree.
- Experience with SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
