About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at HDR. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and maintain a neat and orderly office environment.
  • Assist with meeting setup, including conference room bookings and catering.
  • Support vehicle fleet management, including maintenance, repairs, and licensing.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with building property management and vended services agreements.
  • Communicate frequently with direct supervisor and office lead on processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, and spelling.
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree.
  • Experience with SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
