Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with diverse teams to assess and prioritize product and customer needs.
- Design and formulate antibody IVD reagents utilizing flow cytometry techniques.
- Develop and implement protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and product specifications for various flow reagents and kits.
- Enhance applications and related assay methodologies for reagent products.
- Create quality control methods and benchmarks.
- Draft process and technical documentation, facilitating knowledge transfer to junior R&D scientists, manufacturing, and quality control teams.
- Guide junior scientists in remote locations, addressing a wide array of scientific challenges of differing complexities.
- Present scientific findings and progress reports in both written and verbal formats to internal teams and external partners.
- Compose or revise technical documents in English to ensure regulatory compliance and certification.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in immunology, oncology, or a related discipline.
- Ph.D. is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of pertinent immunology experience, combining education and practical application.
- At least 2 years of experience in reagent development within the industry.
- Strong foundation in immunoassay development and flow cytometry applications.
- Skilled in designing, optimizing, and analyzing experimental data.
- Excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of teamwork in a global setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing and oral presentations.
- Established capability to effectively advance projects.
- Experience with multi-color antibody panels for basic or clinical research.
- Familiarity with infectious disease research; expertise in bead-based immunoassays is advantageous.
- Experience in IVD reagent development is a plus.
