Responsibilities:- Engage with DHS customers and Teaming Partners to market ITC's capabilities and identify opportunities.
- Develop a qualified pipeline of $300M+ through existing customer relationships and market research.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure bid success.
- Attend industry events for networking and relationship development.
- Build and mature client relationships to support an end-to-end win strategy.
- Support the VPBD with the business growth strategy and devise an action plan with goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Capture and Proposals to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- 10+ years in federal business development with a successful track record of contract awards in excess of $75M per year over the last two years.
- Established relationships in USCIS, ICE, USCG, CBP, CISA, FEMA, etc.
- Experience selling ITC's services, including cloud, DevOps, federal financial systems, and enterprise IT.
- Ability to develop a qualified pipeline of $300M+ and contribute to proposal development.
Candidate must be able to function in a general office environment.
