We are seeking a skilled Blood Specimen Collector and Customer Service Representative to join our team at Labcorp. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing skilled specimen collections, and being the face of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood specimens from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
  • Process billing information and collect payments when required
  • Maintain patient and specimen information logs
  • Provide superior customer service to all patients
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
  • Travel to additional sites when needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred
  • Previous experience as a phlebotomist
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently or in a team environment
  • Comfortable working under minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Benefits:

Eligible employees may also participate in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
