We are seeking a results-driven Phlebotomy Team Leader to join our team at Our Blood Institute, a leading organization dedicated to saving lives.

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead and motivate a dynamic team while working side-by-side with them to achieve daily and monthly goals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years proven supervisory experience and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A college degree is preferred but not required as comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct supervision, support, and motivation of mobile staff
  • Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for registration, vital signs, medical screening, phlebotomy, heat sealing, and record keeping duties

Key Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred
  • Minimum two years supervisory experience
  • Flexibility to work extended shifts as needed to meet blood inventory needs
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Reliable transportation and a working telephone
  • Physical ability to lift, bend and reach up to 40lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

This salary range is based on national averages for similar positions in Little Rock, AR.
