Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team at BIG Construction. As a project management specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This includes developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, as well as coordinating with stakeholders and monitoring project progress.

About the Role
This is a senior-level role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as technical expertise in construction project management. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project managers and team members.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

What We Offer
