Project Management Specialist

Dunne Kozlowski, a full-service design firm, is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist. This dynamic role is vital in driving our design initiatives forward, ensuring seamless project execution. Reporting to our Managing Director, the successful candidate will play a key part in shaping the operational excellence of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects by collaborating internally with our design teams.
- Develop comprehensive project budgets, updating them as necessary.
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring updates at each stage.
- Manage the bidding process, including developing contractor lists, bid packages, conducting pre-bid meetings, handling RFIs, reviewing bids, and awarding contracts.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Demonstrated ability to be organized, detail-oriented, manage schedules, and think multiple steps ahead.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming project challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, project management software, and a working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
Salary Range$100,000 - $130,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
