  • Assist customers in fitting rooms as necessary.
  • Process transactions accurately while following cashier protocols.
  • Manage inventory shipments and ensure merchandise is displayed appropriately.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and resolve store issues.
  • Provide comprehensive product and brand knowledge to customers.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, reporting any infractions to management.
  • Support special projects as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to perform calculations for discounts and percentages.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift objects weighing at least 25 pounds.
  • Proficient in navigating the sales floor and stockroom, with the ability to perform repetitive movements.
Full-Time Schedule Requirements:
  • Availability for an average of 32 or more hours per week, considering business seasonality.
  • Open availability on weekends, with religious exemptions considered.
  • Availability restrictions limited to two days per week.
Part-Time Schedule Requirements:
  • Minimum availability of 12 hours per week.
  • Flexibility to work nights, evenings, and weekends as needed.
  • Minimum of two closing shifts during weekdays.

Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D., or at least 6 months of retail or related experience.
