Guidewheel is seeking an experienced Strategic Enterprise Solutions Consultant to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $125,000 - $175,000 per annum.

Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-value solutions to enterprise-level customers, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen to drive growth and revenue.

  • You will work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth discovery sessions, architecting solution designs, and providing guidance on system integration, data flow, and implementation best practices.

As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for enabling customers through technical documentation, training, and feedback mechanisms.

  • You will collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve complex technical issues and stay up-to-date on industry trends and evolving customer requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solutions engineering role, preferably supporting enterprise-level customers.
  • A proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Strong technical skills, including operational experience working in factories, process improvement, Pareto Principle, and OEE.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
