Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team at Guidewheel.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Partner with enterprise sales teams to understand customer challenges and technical requirements.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and solution alignment.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Solution Design:
  • Architect tailored solutions that leverage our products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Provide guidance on system integration, data flow, and implementation best practices.
  • Address scalability, performance, and security concerns in solution proposals.
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Act as the technical advisor during the sales process, ensuring customer confidence in our solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and evolving customer requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solutions engineering role, preferably supporting enterprise-level customers.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Operational experience working in factories, including Process Improvement, Pareto Principle, and OEE.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
