**About Our Neuromodulation Division**

Our Neuromodulation division focuses on advanced implantable devices that integrate with mobile technology, providing solutions for individuals suffering from chronic pain and movement disorders. Our non-opioid therapies facilitate interventional pain management across the pain spectrum.

**Position Overview**

We are currently seeking a **Clinical Specialist II, CPT** to join our clinical support team. This role involves delivering technical clinical expertise and supporting the sales process for both current and prospective clients. The successful candidate will operate in a dynamic, geographically diverse environment, collaborating with clinical and sales teams to identify and leverage sales opportunities. This position requires a high degree of independence and sound judgment in planning and executing responsibilities while continuously seeking to enhance territory efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide technical, clinical, and programming support primarily to Territory Managers.
  • Assist with after-hours support and activities as needed.
  • Build trust and establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrate expertise in complex programming and case support.
  • Collaborate effectively with Territory Managers to maximize their selling time.
  • Engage with clients to address inquiries and concerns regarding our products.
  • Deliver training and educational support to medical professionals on product usage.
  • Evaluate and strategize for capital equipment opportunities within accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities and product offerings.
  • Provide guidance on the use of implantable devices in various settings.
  • Identify training needs to enhance customer comfort and understanding of our product line.
  • Participate in trade shows to discuss new product developments.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain positive communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

**Required:**

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong ability to interpret and communicate clinical data.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned area.
  • Flexibility to adapt to an unpredictable schedule.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Preferred:**

  • Experience in a healthcare environment, such as physical therapy or medical sales.
  • Experience with implantable medical devices.
  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or a related field.
