We are currently seeking a committed Production Assembly Specialist.


Founded in 1968, R&M Manufacturing specializes in producing high-quality sheet metal components. With over five decades of excellence in fabrication, we cater to all sheet metal requirements, from initial prototypes to large-scale production.

Our facility operates seven days a week, with first and second shifts available from Monday to Thursday, and a weekend shift on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.


What does a Production Assembly Specialist do?

In this role, you will be essential in meeting material demands for both internal and external clients. Your tasks will include accurately performing assigned duties related to material handling, following FIFO practices, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. As a vital member of our workforce, you will adhere to documented policies and procedures outlined in our Quality System, contributing to our commitment to excellence in all operational aspects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Packing components, either on skids or in boxes
  • Executing various tasks, including assembly duties
  • Maintaining an organized and tidy workspace
  • Conducting visual inspections of components and completing quality check documentation as required
  • Resolving discrepancies effectively
  • Setting up and utilizing weight scales
  • Reading and following work order instructions

To excel in this position, you should:

  • Address issues as they arise and seek assistance when necessary
  • Adhere to all safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean and safe 5S work environment
  • Be capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting, pushing/pulling, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Possess effective communication skills: fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Have basic knowledge of handheld power tools

We are looking for a reliable and punctual team player who is enthusiastic about contributing to our fabrication team while ensuring safety and efficiency in producing quality products. We are also open to training the right candidates.


Our state-of-the-art, 100,000 square foot manufacturing facility is equipped with:

  • Wire EDM
  • CNC Machining Centers
  • Grinders
  • CNC turret punches (20 to 35 tons)
  • Lasers (Up to 4000 Watts 60x120 sheet size)
  • CNC press brakes (45 to 185 tons)
  • Punch presses (Progressive and Staged Tooling) (45 to 250 tons)
  • Resistance welders (75 KVA to 250 KVA)
  • Robotic Weld Cell
  • Tig, Mig, Plasma, and Pulse Arc welding
