Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a committed Assembly/Packer to contribute to our production efforts. Established in 1968, R&M Manufacturing specializes in precision sheet metal components, providing top-notch fabrication services for over five decades.

What You Will Do:

  • Package components efficiently, either on pallets or in boxes.
  • Engage in various assembly tasks as required.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of materials and products.
  • Conduct visual inspections of parts and complete necessary quality documentation.
  • Resolve discrepancies and issues as they arise.
  • Utilize a weight scale for accurate measurements.
  • Follow work order instructions meticulously.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to troubleshoot and seek assistance when necessary.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S principles.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Basic knowledge of handheld power tools is preferred.
