We are seeking a Client Services Manager to join our team in Latam. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Client Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients, including product training and integration of Platts services.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering value-added services.
- Business Growth: Collaborate with Commercial and Client Development teams to identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Travel: Travel to meet with clients, understand their perspectives, and share feedback with the team.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- English and Spanish language proficiency (written and oral).
- 3+ years of related work experience in finance, banking, or trading.
- Previous client support and/or sales experience.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead individual and group trainings effectively.
- Knowledge of energy, commodities, and financial markets.
- Ability to travel (~40% travel time).
- Experience with CRMs (Salesforce), Excel, Quip, Zoom, Teams.
