Skanska is seeking a dynamic Design Manager to join our team. As a Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting up our projects for success.
Our Design Manager will be responsible for driving the integration of design principles with our commitment to quality and excellence, fostering an environment where creativity, skilled facilitation, and technical proficiency thrive.

As a Design Manager, you will join a talented team of professionals dedicated to improving the traditional design delivery process through a collaborative and fully integrated approach.
Our approach focuses on leveraging Skanska's core construction capabilities combined with the latest technology to create efficient and construction-ready designs.
We are committed to your success by developing you in your role and supporting your career growth. Our compensation and financial well-being package includes a competitive base salary, excellent bonus program, 401k, and Employee ownership program.
Our benefits package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, and commuter benefits. We also offer company-provided short and long-term disability, group life, and AD&D.
Our time off programs include three weeks of accrued vacation, ten paid holidays, two personal days annually, and paid sick leave. We also offer paid military and parental leave programs, jury and bereavement leave.
Our salary range is $137,500.00 to $180,000.00 per year, and we are an equal employment opportunity employer.
