The Design Engineering team is responsible for designing and developing data center infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our customers. As a Design Manager, you will lead a team of engineers and designers to develop and implement design solutions that meet the requirements of our customers. You will work closely with our sales and solutions engineering teams to ensure that our designs meet the needs of our customers and are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of data center design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of engineers and designers to ensure that design solutions are developed and implemented on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with our sales and solutions engineering teams to ensure that our designs meet the needs of our customers and are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our customers to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or architecture.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data center design and engineering.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
