We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Superintendent to join our team at Richman Property Services. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the exterior and interior of our properties, including buildings, grounds, and common areas.
  • Perform daily repair and upkeep tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Prepare vacant units for occupancy, ensuring they are clean and ready for new residents.
  • Manage service requests in a timely and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service to our residents.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all federal, state, local, and regional laws and regulations.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Report property-related incidents and maintain professionalism at all times.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade/technical school or related courses preferred.
  • Minimum four (4+) years in maintenance or related field; supervisory experience preferred.
  • EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license required.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Current CPO (Certified Pool Operator) License required for properties with pools.
  • Knowledge of various maintenance areas.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes.
