Position Overview

Central Indiana Orthopedics PC is looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional care to our patients. This full-time role focuses on outpatient services, and we welcome candidates with a background in orthopedics and sports medicine. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 available with a one-year commitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient conditions and collaboratively establish treatment goals and care plans.
  • Deliver treatments in a multidisciplinary approach, ensuring the highest standard of care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
  • Provide education to patients regarding their care and the use of various therapeutic exercises.
  • Adhere to clinic policies and procedures.
  • Act as a resource for patients, families, and staff regarding physical therapy practices.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Physical Therapy (BS, MA, MS, or DPT).
  • Current licensure to practice in the state of Indiana.

Work Environment

This position is conducted in an outpatient healthcare setting with a standard schedule of:

  • 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
Licensure and Certification
