Job Title: Maintenance Controls Technician

Salary: $32-$39 per hour
PrideNow is seeking a skilled Maintenance Controls Technician to enhance process reliability, product quality, and plant performance. This position involves working with various instrumentation and control systems in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Consult diagrams and technical documentation, such as schematics, manuals, standards, and codes.
- Maintain backup and revision documentation for control systems and instrumentation.
- Manage SCADA devices in an industrial setting.
- Install, configure, calibrate, and maintain control, measurement, and indicating instrumentation.
- Configure and program Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Programmable Automation Controllers (PACs).
- Organize and order PLC control components to maintain plant process control systems.
- Collaborate with corporate IT staff on network and computer activities as needed.
- Prepare technical reports documenting equipment issues and changes.
- Manage projects for implementing equipment changes and improvements.
- Be available for on-call support to meet production needs.
- Install and terminate electrical, pneumatic, and fluid connections.
- Inspect, test, diagnose faults, and repair instruments and systems.
- Calibrate components and systems to ensure accuracy.
- Assist engineering in plant design, modification, and hazard analysis.
- Maintain various computer-based control systems.
- Perform scheduled maintenance programs.
- Stay updated with industry technology advancements and trends.

- Proven experience with PLC logic and programming, particularly Allen Bradley PLCs and other controllers.
- Ability to create and interpret logic and flow diagrams for program design, testing, and startup.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
