Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience by providing exceptional service and quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including open and closing procedures, work order management, and customer service.
- Drive team performance to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) and company goals are met or exceeded.
- Provide guidance and coaching to ensure that all technicians are SafeTech certified and performing quality installs or repairs.
- Collaborate with marketing associates to ensure that the right materials are properly displayed.
- Respond quickly to client complaints and warranty issues.
- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent or 5-7 years leadership/supervisory experience.
- Valid state-issued driver's license required.
- 3+ years of leadership experience with an innovative approach toward incenting performance.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, engage, and have crucial conversations with a mobile workforce.
