Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at 7-Eleven, Inc. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a 7-Eleven convenience store operated by an independent contractor franchisee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet the needs of our guests
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop strong vendor relations to maintain a clean, properly stocked, and merchandised store
  • Promote 7-Eleven to our guests and community through effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Maximize sales and profits by identifying and resolving sales obstacles
  • Manage and maintain proper inventory levels and controls
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Retail/Food Service experience is a plus. You must be able to communicate effectively with the franchisee and their employees, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Please note that this position is for a potential employment opportunity at a 7-Eleven convenience store operated by an independent contractor franchisee of 7-Eleven, Inc. The franchisee is solely responsible for all hiring decisions and other employment matters.
