Job Title: Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Fas Mart. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store sales and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and stocking
  • Manage store finances, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
