Gain Exposure Across Departments :

You will actively engage with various departments, immersing yourself in their operations to foster a wide range of interactions.

This hands-on experience will help you gain a deeper understanding of technology options and decision-making processes throughout the organization.

Attain experience across End-to-End Processes:
Take charge of contributing to end-to-end improvement of business processes.

Collaborate with Stakeholders:
Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and bridge the gap between technology and business needs.

Evaluate technology solutions

to address real-world business problems

Provide Data-Driven Insights:
Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.

Align Technology Solutions:
Ensure technology solutions align with business strategy, maintaining a roadmap for future enhancements.

Experience and learn about

Agile, Scrum, and Scaled agility, including Annual Planning, working in a real-world environment. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Must haves:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or similar field or graduated within the last two years.

Able to work full-time 40 hours per week for 6 months

Demonstrated adaptability, innovation, and a proactive approach to work.

Willingness to learn new technologies and areas of the business, dedication to Continuous Improvement.

Nice to haves:

Experience with cloud IoT technologies (AWS)

Experience with programming:
Python, JavaScript, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, PLC, Node-RED, SQL (Postgres, Oracle)

Strong enthusiasm for the possibility of transitioning to full-time employment, with a willingness to travel nationally or internationally

A keen interest in learning Agile methodologies

An interest or background in business technology

A strong financial understanding and the ability to grasp the business value proposition

Ability to work onsite in Redmond, WA or Moses Lake, WA on a hybrid schedule

The compensation for this position is $26/hr for undergraduate interns and $28/hr for graduate or returning interns. This position is eligible for holiday pay.
