Job Summary

Organon & Co. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control audits to ensure that products meet quality standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that quality and compliance issues are addressed promptly.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in a quality assurance or regulatory compliance role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
