We are a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting disability inclusion and equality. Our mission is to empower businesses to achieve disability inclusion and equality. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as the Chief Revenue and Growth Officer.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive development strategy to support the organization's mission and goals.
  • Identify and cultivate new revenue streams, including corporate partnerships, grants, and major gifts.
  • Lead efforts to secure funding from corporate and foundation sources, including researching grant opportunities and preparing grant proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Corporate Relations to cultivate and steward relationships with major corporate partners and foundations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner engagement, including designing partner communication plans and organizing programs.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of development and partner engagement efforts.
  • Develop and manage budgets for development and partner engagement activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with organizational priorities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in securing sponsorships and grants.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce as a CRM.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

The Chief Revenue and Growth Officer will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive development strategy to support the organization's mission and goals. This includes identifying and cultivating new revenue streams, leading efforts to secure funding from corporate and foundation sources, and collaborating with the Director of Corporate Relations to cultivate and steward relationships with major corporate partners and foundations.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit fundraising, development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in securing sponsorships and grants. They will also have familiarity with Salesforce as a CRM and be authorized to work in the U.S.


The Chief Revenue and Growth Officer will be responsible for leading a team of development professionals and will be expected to embody the organizational values of integrity, impact, and quality, and inclusion. They will also be expected to be driven, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative, and to grow a highly effective team that is empowered and provides opportunities for skill development and curiosity.
