We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Project Specialist to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and distributing routine reports, meeting planning and coordination, and managing updates to our Area Org Chart.
This role will also assist in the onboarding process for new hires and provide backup reception coverage. The ideal candidate will have excellent planning and organization skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute routine reports

Requirements:
- High School Diploma and equivalent work experience
- Some college preferred
