Job Title: Family Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Therapist to join our dedicated team in providing expert therapeutic services to young individuals and their families.

About the Role:
  • Provide culturally sensitive, therapeutic services to students and their caregivers.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, behavioral support plans, and safety plans.
  • Facilitate individual and family treatment sessions, predominantly within the home but also in the residential milieu when required.
  • Work with residents and families to develop short- and long-term treatment plans.
  • Act as agency liaison with contracting agencies, advocates, and guardians.
Responsibilities:
  • Write and present comprehensive assessments and case conceptualizations to faculty, referrals, families, and administration.
  • Monitor all aspects of day-to-day operations and evaluate client services delivery.
  • Develop and maintain community, governmental, and other public and private resources and relationships.
  • Facilitate trainings for all faculty related to evidenced-based family therapy practice.
  • Support crisis intervention within the milieu and the home.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience counseling adolescents and/or families, preferably in home-based or residential settings.
  • Experience with evidenced-based family therapy modalities preferred but not required.
