Overview

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.


Job Description

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing loan processing activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Trustco Bank's policies and procedures. This will include reviewing all stages of residential and commercial lending files, as well as conducting audits and making recommendations for improvement.
