Job Summary

Perform CAT Scan procedures in accordance with protocols established by the Radiologist. Operate the CT scanner during IR procedures in the CT department.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to Infection Prevention policies, utilizing appropriate PPE.
  • Maintain licensure and BLS certification.
  • Stay current with departmental training and participate in clinical activities.
  • Demonstrate courteous behavior, positive attitude, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in Departmental On Call and Holiday Requirements.
Requirements

General, Trauma, and ED experience; Pediatrics and Cardiac experience preferred but not necessary.

Graduate of AMA Approved Radiologic Technologist Program.

Current BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) and Current ARRT License (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).

Current NJ-RADTECH License (Radiologic Technologist).

ARRT Board Certified in Computed Tomography preferred.
