Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Line Server/Utility worker. This role is essential in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of kitchen workspaces, equipment, and utensils. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patrons as they approach the serving area.
  • Assist guests in choosing menu selections and provide answers to their inquiries.
  • Efficiently serve meals to customers.
  • Maintain a tidy and well-organized serving environment.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Perform dishwashing duties, either manually or using a dish machine.
  • Clean work surfaces, walls, refrigerators, and kitchen equipment.
  • Conduct floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Dispose of waste in designated areas.
  • Assist with unloading grocery deliveries and transferring supplies as needed.
  • Utilize specific cleaning agents to maintain safety and hygiene standards.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to walk or utilize other forms of mobility extensively.
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods (up to 8 hours).
  • Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting/moving of up to 40 pounds.
