About the Role:

Bausch + Lomb, a leading global eye health company, is seeking a talented Brand Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Ophthalmology team, you will be responsible for executing the in-market strategy for our Eye Care Rx Dry Eye product, XIIDRA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand plans to meet or exceed annual revenue and unit forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new brand opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Lead the development of marketing promotional materials, including digital initiatives, sales collateral, and professional education materials.
  • Oversee the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, including success tracking criteria and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal partners and customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with 1-3 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience preferred.
  • Ophthalmic and/or pharmaceutical sales experience a plus.
  • Proven skills in brand marketing, digital marketing, market and competitive analysis, marketing program development, project management, and financial management.
