Job Summary

As a Branch Manager at Employ-Temps Staffing Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch. This includes developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies, and fostering a dynamic and diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company's workforce needs
Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment and selection process

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in recruitment and staffing, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
