Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch. You will be responsible for developing and implementing staffing strategies to meet the company's workforce needs while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Your expertise in talent acquisition and management will contribute significantly to our company's success by identifying top talent and fostering a dynamic and diverse workforce.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth and functioning.
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize the staffing process.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and staffing management, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in recruitment and staffing, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
