Position Overview:
As a Branch Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the branch.

Your role will involve crafting and executing staffing strategies that align with the organization's workforce requirements while ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and policies.

Your proficiency in talent acquisition and management will play a crucial role in our organization's success by identifying exceptional talent and nurturing a vibrant and diverse workforce.


WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Oversight:
Manage the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Recruitment Strategy Formulation:
Design and implement robust recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.

Talent Acquisition Leadership:
Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume evaluations, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.

Employer Branding Enhancement:

Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to strengthen the company's employer brand and attract top talent through various platforms, including career fairs and networking events.


Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies throughout the recruitment and selection phases.

Performance Measurement:

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives and make informed decisions to refine the staffing process.


Continuous Development:

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and staffing management, consistently seeking opportunities to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Demonstrated experience in recruitment and staffing, ideally in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Strong grasp of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
Capacity to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
Knowledge of pertinent employment laws and regulations.
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is advantageous.
