We are seeking a Detail-Oriented Administrative Professional to join our team at FLAVORx. As a member of our FillPure Division, you will provide critical support to the operational functions, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operational functions of the FillPure Division
  • Assist with documentation, vehicle maintenance, accident reports, and fleet management
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, vehicle paperwork, phone and vehicle tracker information
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth communication
  • Input and track data through multiple systems and spreadsheets, creating v-lookups, data sets, and equations
Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
  • 2-4 years' experience in administrative or operations support roles (preferably in a fast-paced or growing organization)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with data management and Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Must have exceptional time management skills and be detail-oriented
