Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Insight Global. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role

This is a highly skilled and complex administrative position that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The successful candidate will provide full range of administrative duties, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and personnel support.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage calendars, meeting notices, and conference room reservations to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materials and information with discretion.
  • Provide travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Assist with personnel administrative tasks, such as preparing agendas, handouts, and maintaining supply cabinets.
  • Organize, prepare, distribute, and file information to maintain effective communications and information systems.
  • Support the setup, orientation, and onboarding of new hires, including logistics and administrative tasks.
  • Manage various reporting processes and communications, as established or developed.
  • Engage with procurement teams to support materials management and enter online requisitions.
  • Maintain solid interpersonal relationships with employees at all levels of the organization and develop effective business contacts with vendors and services.
  • Welcome guests, arrange meeting agenda, materials, and meals as needed, and represent the organization with professionalism and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of continuous work experience, preferably in a professional administrative capacity.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent typing, filing, record-keeping, grammar, spelling, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime on occasion to meet workload demands.
  • Professional Assistant Certificate of Excellence is a plus.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
