- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a captive finance environment.
- Knowledge of the automotive finance industry and its trends and developments.
