About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our Originations Transformation team and focus on supporting the Maintain Dealer journey.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and user experience, to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.

You will play a critical role in advocating and executing the product vision, strategic direction, and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with our broader transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refine the product backlog for our Maintain Dealer journey
  • Formalize design decisions
  • Collaborate with product managers and development teams to define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features related to booking and funding user-interface
  • Work closely with a product analyst and provide direction
  • Approve current state business process reviews
  • Approve future-state process maps
  • Approve functional requirements and user stories
  • Approve new platform configurations and workflows
  • Business sign-off and inform business stakeholders
  • Consult on UAT and integrations for business processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years' experience
  • 3+ years' experience with financial services
  • Understanding of indirect financing and the dealer model
  • Experience working and monitoring product performance
  • Ability to work with multiple functional areas, including business operations team members, product organization, engineering, User Experience (UX)/User Insights (UI), sales, customer support, finance, or marketing
  • Effective and inclusive when working in teams with diverse backgrounds to execute on a shared vision
