  • Supervise all procurement functions at the designated site.
  • Ensure team members possess essential skills, providing necessary training and resources.
  • Assist the team in clarifying and enhancing procurement processes.
  • Act as the supply chain liaison for business executives, relaying critical supply information.
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve operational, supplier, and financial objectives.
  • Guarantee adherence to procurement protocols and authorization processes.
  • Address supply challenges, conflicts, and risks with the procurement team.
  • Support supplier engagement initiatives, including negotiations and performance oversight.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A University Degree coupled with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with at least 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory for this position.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes, including ERP.
  • Experience in supply and demand forecasting.
  • Familiarity with government procurement and contract management.
