We are seeking a reliable and professional Test Proctor to administer practice tests to students and manage the testing process. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a positive attitude under stressful conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Test Administration: Administer practice tests to students and manage the testing process to ensure a safe, welcoming, and stress-free test-taking atmosphere.
- Event Setup and Closing: Set up practice materials, open and close event locations, and maintain security and return all test materials in a timely fashion.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service skills, working with testing candidates and their families to ensure a positive experience.
- Education: College experience preferred.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff.
- Organizational and Planning Skills: Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
This is a part-time employment opportunity with a flexible schedule, including part-time weekend work. The position is located in New Canaan, CT, and surrounding areas.
CompensationThe hourly rate for this position is $20/hour.
