  • Verify patient demographic and insurance information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.">
  • Collect co-payments, previous balances, and manage self-pay client accounts.">
  • Greet patients, escort them to examination rooms, and ensure all necessary paperwork is complete before appointments.">
  • Inform patients of wait times and offer rescheduling options when necessary.">
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, phone management, and mail distribution.">
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.">

Requirements:

  • An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.">
  • 1 year of relevant work experience in a medical office setting.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
