Family Support Coordinator

Position Overview
- Manage a caseload of 4-6 families, providing dedicated support and guidance.
- Deliver individualized therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each family, with continuous assessment and feedback.
- Engage with families at least three times weekly to ensure consistent support and progress.
- Conduct ongoing evaluations of client needs from a strengths-based, solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with various community stakeholders to promote the success of youth, including participation in court proceedings and meetings with educational staff.
- Participate in three weekly professional development meetings (individual, team, and clinical consultation) to enhance clinical competencies.
- Provide on-call crisis intervention support during weekdays, with weekend rotations as necessary.
Additional Information
- Flexible and non-traditional scheduling to accommodate the availability of youth and families.
- Applicants must possess a valid driver's license, a personal vehicle for work-related travel, and appropriate auto insurance.
- Community-based staff will receive reimbursement for relevant travel expenses.
- This role qualifies for clinical licensure hours (LPC, LCSW) while working with youth.
Compensation
Annual salary of $54,000, commensurate with education and clinical licensure.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a social services field is required, with experience working with at-risk youth, adults, or families.
- A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Acceptable degrees include social work, drug and alcohol counseling, psychology, criminal justice, guidance counseling, or marriage and family therapy. Other degrees will be assessed for eligibility.
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in counseling or case management is necessary.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency is expected.
- Flexibility in scheduling is crucial.
