Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Safety Protocols: Create and maintain comprehensive safety protocols to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Provide Training and Support: Deliver training programs to employees on safety procedures and protocols, and provide ongoing support to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with operations, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor and Report Incidents: Investigate and report all incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements
