Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing superior, friendly, and efficient service while offering company-approved products and services to ensure a positive experience for all clients. This position also facilitates the rental process by verifying and documenting all necessary driver information to ensure an efficient and timely rental and return experience.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming calls for reservations, rate inquiries, and general questions, providing information and resolutions for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and vendors.
- Manage outgoing calls for callback management, accounts receivable, and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
- Deliver a high level of customer service by assisting clients and assessing their rental needs both in person and over the phone.
- Greet clients in a friendly and timely manner.
- Provide directions and general assistance as needed.
- Assist in evaluating the condition of rentals upon return.
- Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
- Effectively promote the company while safely transporting clients and assisting them as required.
- Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and additional services.
- May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment.
- Notify management of any known vehicle issues and necessary maintenance.
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors by hand or using washing equipment when necessary.
- Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, including research and billing support tasks, accounts receivable, transfer and key logs, running miscellaneous reports, and supply maintenance.
- Carry out miscellaneous and backup job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Some college education is preferred.
- At least 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience is required.
- A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past 3 years is necessary.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Apart from religious observance, must be able to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
