About the Role:We are seeking an experienced IDN Key Account Executive II to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for establishing and growing HEPLISAV-B sales in assigned accounts. You will work closely with our Director, Vaccine Sales to execute sales and marketing strategies to support HEPLISAV-B expansion within assigned accounts.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for achieving sales targets and owning/managing customer relationships for assigned accounts.
- Serves as sole owner for assigned accounts - responsible for successful execution at all levels of the customer organization to achieve declared goals/objectives.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of vaccine decision making, vaccine adoption, and implementation process and key decision makers across all levels of assigned accounts.
- Develops, communicates, and monitors an account strategy for each assigned account.
- Conducts quarterly business reviews with Director, Vaccine Sales.
- Develops relationships with key stakeholders at each level of organization who are responsible for implementation of vaccines.
- Partners with Director, Vaccine Sales to execute sales & marketing strategies to support HEPLISAV-B expansion within assigned Accounts.
- Maintains accurate up-to-date customer records in the Account Management system.
- Exercises sound judgement and oversight to ensure integrity and compliance with company policies in all activities and communications.
- Fosters Dynavax core values and leadership behaviors.
- Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited institution; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of life sciences sales experience required; IDN/Hospital experience preferred.
- 2 years of vaccine or buy & bill experience required.
- 2+ years of strategic account management experience preferred.
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $117,000 to $155,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health and welfare insurance benefits, 401(k) company match, and paid time off benefits. Field sales employees receive a company car as well.
