Key Responsibilities
  • Assist providers with patient care, including obtaining medical history, chief complaint, and consents
  • Prepare exam rooms, escort patients, and assist with cosmetic procedures
  • Manage EHR charting, stock rooms, and turnover of rooms
  • Review and manage schedules to ensure appointments are scheduled appropriately and supplies are available
Requirements
  • High school diploma plus either completion of a college degree or a Medical Assistant program
  • Medical assistant certification is preferred
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in a dermatology or cosmetic/surgical clinic setting working as a medical assistant or clinical assistant
Essential Skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Empathetic with patient needs and concerns
Compensation and Benefits

$21 per hour (plus benefits and 401K options for full-time employees)
