Job Title: Medical Office Professional

We are actively hiring for a Medical Office Professional to join our team in Waterbury, CT.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 7:45 AM and 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have experience as an LPN or RN and be able to handle questions and data entry, including entering requisitions for labs requested by the doctor.

Responsibilities:
  • Room patients and perform clinical MA tasks
  • Call for referrals and handle daily MA duties
  • Work in conjunction with RNs and other staff members
  • May be asked to 'float' on Fridays to cover staffing gaps
Requirements:
  • MA or Nurse experience
  • Medical Office experience
  • Endocrinology Office experience (nice to have)
  • Reliability and flexibility
  • Ability to handle questions and team collaboration
